‘Easy Audio’ Recording | ‘Easy Audio’ Editing | ‘Easy Audio’ Products
I did this way back when simple WordPress websites and blogs didn’t even exist (2006)…and I decided that I would learn ‘html’, the code used to build websites in the old days, to get my ebooks online and help people make their own audio products.
Learning basic html almost drove me insane!
Why am I telling you this? Well I’d almost forgotten all about it!
And I’d forgotten about the ‘Easy Audio‘ series of ebooks I wrote and published ‘way back’ in 2006/7! That’s a long time in ecommerce years!
I was trawling through my old websites and I came across these ebook products that I first sold in 2006 and thought it would be great to make them into a special offer at less than half the price I was selling them for a few years ago.
I asked my VA to transfer the webpage content from my old style website straight into this new website format and kept it all as it was.
He asked me what to call the webpage, and half as a joke I said ‘From The Archives of SuperEasyAV – ‘Vintage ebooks’.
A few hours later he sent me this new page which looked just like my old website (except much better looking) even with the old blue page background (remember those ‘old’ website pages back in the day?) He chose to re-create it with a blue that is more appealing to the eye (which I think looks pretty cool) and with a very cool ‘Vintage ebooks’ logo and the old style long sales page… to keep the vintage feel!
I took a great deal of care in writing these ebooks, with alot of attention to detail. The principles of recording and editing digital audio are still the same now as then and are unlikely to change for many years to come.
In fact, if I wrote these same books today I would include exactly the same content.
